General Assembly Questions:

• How long is the assembly?

  Generally lasts about 40-45 minutes

• What grades is it for?

  Our assembly is appropriate for all ages, however, we mostly work with elementary and middle schools. We can easily adjust to meet any age.

• How much space is needed?

  We like to have at least 25 feet by 100 feet on fairly level concrete or asphalt

• Can it be indoors?

  We prefer to be outdoors, however we can go inside gyms or other large spaces with high ceilings.

• What if it rains?

  We can either go inside an available space or reschedule

• How many students can attend?

  One assembly can accommodate up to 800+ students. Most schools only require one show.

• How far do you travel?

  Our normal territory in within 4 1/2 hours of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. If you are farther away there may be a travel fee or even better get more schools to schedule an assembly and we can make a tour in your area.

• Do you offer discounts?

  If you get another school to book on your day we can offer you a discounted rate. We do not offer specific discount for Title 1 schools. In the past we have had schools get funding from, grants, local businesses, PTA/PTO's , fundraisers and clubs.

What if our school doesn't have the budget?

Don't let budget concerns stop you from contacting us!

Over the past 30 years, we've worked with schools of every size, and many have found creative ways to fund their United Freestyle assembly.

Some of the most common funding sources include:

• PTO/PTA

• Dad's Clubs

• Booster Clubs

• Campus Activity Funds

• Education Foundations

• Character Education or School Climate Funding

• School Safety & Wellness Programs

• Local Business Sponsorships

• Community Organizations such as Rotary, Kiwanis, and Lions Clubs

• Shared funding between multiple school organizations

Many schools combine two or more of these funding sources to bring our program to campus.

Can local businesses help sponsor our assembly?

Absolutely!

Many schools partner with local businesses that are excited to support programs promoting:

• Drug prevention

• Goal setting

• Bicycle safety

• Character education

• Respect

• Anti-bullying

• Healthy decision making

Businesses often appreciate the opportunity to support students while demonstrating their commitment to the local community.
